Listings, prices, and availability may change without notice. A listing is an invitation to enquire or purchase — not always a binding offer until we confirm.

We take authentication seriously. Certificates and invoices can be checked on /verify. A successful check confirms the document exists in our records; it does not replace physical inspection when buying or selling high-value pieces. Voided documents are shown as void.

Online payments are processed by our payment partner. Successful payment does not always complete title transfer until we confirm fulfillment details with you. Cancelled or failed payments do not create an obligation to supply the item.

Submitting a consignment or item request does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline any piece. You confirm you have the right to offer items you submit and that information you provide is accurate.

Do not misuse the site (scraping that harms performance, attempting to access admin systems, submitting fraudulent verification traffic, or harassing staff). We may block access that threatens the service or other users.

Site content, branding, and photography are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under Lebanese or other mandatory law.
